- A 'Lessons Learned' BoF will be held at the conference on Thursday 8th August between 12:30 and 1:30pm. If you have any queries regarding this BoF, please contact steve.jenkin@member.sage-au.org.au.
- Birds of a Feather (BoF) session announced (added 15 July 2002)
- A BoF session discussing the new SAGE-AU mentoring program will be held at the conference on Tuesday 6th August between 12:30 and 1:30pm. If you have any queries regarding this BoF or would like more information on the mentoring program, please contact brad.marshall@member.sage-au.org.au.
- Tutorials Selling Fast (added 11 July 2002)
- W4 : Managing Programming Projects is now sold out.
Other tutorials which are close to selling out include M5, M6, M7, T1, T4, W3, W6 & W7. Should you be interested in attending any of these tutorials please contact the SAGE-AU office to ensure spaces are still available before submitting your registration form.
- Conference Accommodation (added 08 July 2002)
- The remainder of the block bookings of conference accommodation have now been released. All delegates should arrange their own accommodation from this date onwards. Should you have any queries regarding suitable areas in Melbourne please contact Lee.

- The Trivia Night (7/8/02) is now sold out.
- Tutorial # W9 (added 02 July 2002)
- "Implementing and Tuning the Squid Proxy Cache" (W9) will now be presented by Adrian Chadd - Adrian's bio can be found on the bios page. The content of the tutorial has not changed.
- Special Dietary Requirements (added 20 June 2002)
- If you would like to attend the conference and have special dietary requirements (ie. vegetarian, vegan, food allergies etc.) please write a note on your registration form, and we will make sure your requirements are met.
- Accommodation for 9th/10th August (added 20 June 2002)
- We have been advised by the accommodation venues that due to some high-profile concerts in Melbourne over the weekend of 9th and 10th August accommodation is filling fast. If you wish to stay in Melbourne after the conference finishes, we would suggest booking your accommodation very soon.
- Printed Programs (added 04 June 2002)
- The printed versions of the conference program were mailed to members on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 June. All
members will receive two copies - one for themselves and one to hand on to a friend, put up in the office lunch room, give to their boss, etc. If you do not receive yours or would like more copies for your workplace, please contact Lee (lee@sage-au.org.au).
- Tutorial # W6 and W7 (added 05 June 2002)
- Tutorials W6 and W7 were transposed in the addendum to the printed program. W6 should be "Designing a Machine Room" by Don Gingrich and W7 should be "What's New in Perl6?" by Randal Schwartz. The Tutorial Schedule in the printed program and all online versions are correct. We apologise to Don and Randal for this error.
