Will there be conference brochures and should I wait until I get mine before registering?

We will be sending conference flyers and copies of the registration form out in the next newsletter.

But .. the newsletter relies on printers, external contributors, advertisers, etc. and we can never guarantee the release date.

The most up to date information and all the details you need for conference registration is on this web site. Please do not wait until you get the brochures- they will not tell you anything new, but are included for you to give to prospective attendees who may not be members.

If you cannot download the forms for any reason please do not hesitate to contact Lee at the conference office and she will be more than happy to fax/ email/send you any information you require.

What is the group airfare discount?

We can actually book either the cheapest fare available or the group airfare. The group airfare is 55% of a normal economy airfare and has no restrictions. The cheapest airfare will depend on when you book your flights (the earlier the better), whether you're staying for a Saturday night, and will have restrictions applied such as no cancellation or changes, depending on what airfare you get.

Just make a note on your airfare booking form whether you want the cheapest available or the group airfare (which as we get closer to the event will become one and the same).

The difference between the 21 day advance and the group fare is approximately $100.

Will SAGE-AU book airfares for my partner who is accompanying me to the conference?

Certainly - just attach another form with their details and they will be booked at the same time.

What is the cost of a taxi from Coolangatta airport to Bond University?

We have been told that it is a 15-20 min trip and about $20 in a taxi.
