SAGE-AU is a not-for-profit organisation and we try our best to keep membership and conference registration fees as low as possible, but like any organisation we have running expenses and need cash over and above this to move the organisation forward. Since formation in 1992, sponsor support has allowed the guild to reach out to more system administrators, bring a number of noted international speakers to our conferences and run regional monthly meetings across Australia.
Our membership includes around a thousand experienced IT professionals across all varieties of for profit and not for profit industry, education, research and government. Through their association with SAGE-AU, sponsors are able to attract the attention of these key IT recommenders, influencers and decision makers to their products and services. The continued development of the profession has a strong benefit for sponsors and other employers seeking to attract ethical and professional system administrators to their organization.
