SAGE-AU runs several mailing lists for its members, covering a broad range of topics. Members can manage their list subscriptions for these lists by visiting the Member Services Website and visiting the "Email" section.

General Lists

sage-au

The general list is for discussions related to system administration. Replies go to the list, and foster discussion about management, conditions, education, and generally anything non-technical. SAGE-AU archive (Member Only)

tech

The SAGE-AU list strictly for technical questions and answers. Replies are sent to the original poster, who will then send a summary of answers through to the list. tech archive (Member Only)

lounge

This list is members to chat about anything non-technical, non IT, or even some things that are. Discussions include movies, books, sports & hobbies, etc. lounge archive (Member Only)

announce

This mailing list is for announcements. It is explicitly not a discussion list. It is available to both members and non-members alike. This list is moderated. announce archive (Member Only)

jobs

This list is member only and is for postings of both positions offered and positions wanted. Please read the [SAGE-AU Jobs Mailing List Guidelines] before posting any job advertisement.

Jobs Site: Jobs may also be posted to our jobs site. This service is open to both members and non-members, and replaces the jobs list for the posting of job ads by all non-members.
